What we are looking for:
- Flexible availability required, including Tuesdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

- Passion for delivering top-tier hospitality and food service.
- Committed to maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting up to 35 lbs, performing hands-on tasks and comfortable working in a theatre environment with varying noise levels.
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality or fast food settings or experience as a cashier, host, greeter, ticket seller, or door person is a plus but not required.
What you will be doing:
- Greet guests, complete transactions, process loyalty sign-ups, and express appreciation.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and manage cash, tickets, and change securely.
- Enforce theatre policies, including curfew rules and movie rating restrictions.
- Promote sales through upselling, suggestive selling, and product sampling.
- Provide and operate assistive movie-going equipment for guests as needed.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked box office and perform routine upkeep tasks.
- Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support company standards and assist with tasks assigned by management.
Pay Estimate: $15.21 hour
