Our client, a Main Contractor, is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to manage infrastructure and civil engineering projects across the UK, managing commercial and operational delivery on works including highways, utilities, and associated civil packages:
- Set and maintain project budgets and monthly forecasts
- Procure subcontract works to meet cost and programme targets
- Prepare and manage subcontract documents
- Administer subcontractor and client accounts, including valuations and payments
- Monitor cost, progress, and programme
- Manage variations and change control
- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
- Produce financial reports and commercial analysis
- Submit monthly applications for payment
- Ensure compliance with internal commercial procedures
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
