Our client, a Main Contractor, is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to manage infrastructure and civil engineering projects across the UK, managing commercial and operational delivery on works including highways, utilities, and associated civil packages:

  • Set and maintain project budgets and monthly forecasts
  • Procure subcontract works to meet cost and programme targets
  • Prepare and manage subcontract documents
  • Administer subcontractor and client accounts, including valuations and payments
  • Monitor cost, progress, and programme
  • Manage variations and change control
  • Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
  • Produce financial reports and commercial analysis
  • Submit monthly applications for payment
  • Ensure compliance with internal commercial procedures

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
