We are looking for driven, enthusiastic and passionate professionals to join our Summit team as Business Development Executive. This is an in-person role located in our London office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help new and existing clients enhance and accelerate their business development process.
  • Identifying and onboarding new clients to use our business development solutions.
  • Give clients access to prospects across the targeted markets.
  • Contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling.
  • Nurturing new and existing client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • A minimum academic qualification of a university degree.
  • Prospecting and outreach experience: Experience cold calling C-level executives. Experience creating and launching strategic marketing email campaigns.
  • Strong hunter mentality through disciplined KPI’s plus farmer ability to nurture and develop relationships. Both are crucial to success in this role.
  • Pipeline management ability: Research and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving mind-set.
  • Positive attitude and able to handle rejection.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is a must.

Basic Salary: GBP 40,000 per annum in year one (comprising £30,000 base + £10,000 year one Onboarding commission guarantee) and an attractive Commission plan.
