We are looking for an Application Specialist (M365 Purview) to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and drive the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Purview across Microsoft 365. What You'll Do
- Design & Deploy Solutions: Deliver Microsoft Purview configurations, policies, and controls tailored to organisational needs.
- Assess & Implement: Analyse environments and requirements to create best-fit Purview deployments.
- Troubleshoot & Support: Resolve technical challenges and manage escalations for Purview features.
- Advise on Best Practices: Guide stakeholders on compliance and governance strategies.
- Collaborate with Key Teams: Work closely with Security, End User Computing, and business stakeholders to align solutions with policies and regulations.
- Integrate with M365 Services: Ensure seamless integration with Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Document & Train: Produce technical documentation and address training needs for smooth adoption.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Strong business analysis and consultative approach.
- Expertise in Microsoft Purview.
- Solid experience with Microsoft 365.
Desirable:
- Proven track record in implementing and managing Microsoft Purview across M365 environments.
