Marcura is evolving its HR partner model, embedding senior people-partnering within key business domains to deliver the Talent Strategy. You will bridge People Operations and Capability CoEs to drive workforce capability and value creation across the organisation. As a senior domain partner, you will balance strategic advisory with hands-on design of people frameworks, culture and engagement, while collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Reward and the broader HR ecosystem to unlock growth.
