We are looking for a Product Manager to independently lead initiatives from inception to completion, delivering outstanding outcomes for our customers and business. As a PM, you will be working closely with Engineers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to build, launch, and iterate features that drive measurable impact.
This is a senior role requiring 5+ years of product management (or related) experience, with proven ability to lead autonomously, manage complex initiatives, and align delivery with strategic goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Domain Ownership – Work with the squad leader to define roadmap and success metrics for your squad
- Product Strategy – Translate tribe and squad vision into actionable deliverables aligned with business strategy
- Execution – Drive product lifecycle end-to-end (discovery, design, development, launch, iteration)
- Prioritisation – Balance competing demands, ideally using a well-defined framework (such as RICE)
- Collaboration – Partner with Design, Engineering, BI, and Product Marketing for high-quality releases
- Customer Voice – Gather insights via data, stakeholders, and customers to shape product decisions
- Quality – Ensure features meet acceptance criteria, are thoroughly tested, and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Go-to-Market – Coordinate GTM activities with Product Marketing and Marketing
- Team Leadership – Inspire and support your squad, remove blockers, and foster continuous improvement
- Stakeholder Management – Engage stakeholders regularly, share progress, and facilitate alignment
Requirements
- BA in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years in Product Management or related field
- Proven ability to own a product and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong product craft: writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and handling dependencies
- Experience in roadmap planning and balancing strategic vs tactical delivery
- Strong data fluency – defining metrics, analysing usage, and applying insights to decisions
- Skilled in collaborative product design and working with engineers/designers
- Clear communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership
- Comfortable leading GTM activities and ensuring customer-ready releases
