The Role
We are seeking a motivated HSE Advisor with proven construction experience to join our growing team. This role can be based from our Dunstable, Luton or Croydon office, with regular travel to our live projects. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring our people, projects, and processes are safe, compliant, and industry-leading. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow with us and help us set the standard.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert HSE advice and support to project teams.
- Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments — ensuring actions are completed.
- Lead inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions that engage and motivate.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, producing clear reports and driving improvements.
- Support continuous improvement, ISO accreditations, and company-wide safety initiatives.
Requirements
- Construction experience is essential – ideally with a main contractor.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and CDM Regulations.
- A motivated and driven individual with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel across sites and offices (Dunstable, Luton, Croydon, and beyond).
- Full UK driving licence.
