Jewelry Designer

MARCO DAL MASO is expanding its in-house creative capabilities and seeking a London-based designer to collaborate with our Senior Designer strong /strong on new projects. This role will support product development cycles, offering a local presence for sampling, creative alignment, and innovation. p br /p strong Key Responsibilities /strong p br /p ul li Collaborate closely with our Senior Designer and Creative Director to bring new collections to life from concept to prototype /li li Develop initial sketches (hand or digital), 3D CAD designs, and technical specifications using Rhino or similar /li li Produce photorealistic renders and moodboards for internal presentations and launch materials /li li Contribute to material selection, sizing, and wearability assessments /li li Coordinate with the London studio and production team for prototype refinement and sample management /li li Support capsule collections, special projects, and London-based creative needs that complement the Italy-based core design function /li /ul p br /p strong Skills Experience /strong p br /p ul li 7+ years experience in fine or fashion jewellery design, with strong knowledge of CAD/CAM workflows /li li Proficiency in strong Rhino /strong , strong KeyShot /strong , or similar 3D and rendering tools /li li Skilled in both hand sketching and digital concepting /li li Strong understanding of metal types, stone setting, finishes, and manufacturing feasibility /li li Experience in men’s or unisex luxury jewellery a major plus /li li Knowledge of prototyping processes (resin printing, stereolithography) /li li Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams /li /ul p br /p strong Profile We’re Looking For /strong p br /p ul li strong Ideally based in London, /strong with flexibility to meet in person as needed /li li Experienced enough to own aspects of design while complementing a broader creative vision /li li Highly organised and reliable with strong attention to detail /li li Passionate about craftsmanship, innovation, and expressive design /li li Comfortable working on both one-off statement pieces and commercial line development /li /ul p br /p
