MarCloud helps marketing teams get more value from their tech, especially HubSpot and Salesforce. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a HubSpot Solutions Consultant who will own HubSpot technical excellence across the business: shaping solution approach, guiding delivery standards, supporting pre-sales, and raising capability across the team. As a HubSpot Solutions Consultant, you’ll be a go-to technical authority for HubSpot within the Solutions/Technical function. You’ll translate business problems into robust HubSpot architectures, ensure best-practice implementation, and provide technical guidance to delivery and commercial teams.
Key responsibilities
- HubSpot solution leadership
- Act as the internal escalation point for complex HubSpot technical challenges
- Define and maintain HubSpot implementation standards
- Create repeatable accelerators: templates, checklists, reference architectures, QA guidelines, handover standards
- Partner with PMO and leadership to improve ways of working (estimation, risk management, delivery governance)
- Discovery, architecture & delivery
- Lead discovery workshops to understand business goals, systems landscape, and process requirements
- Design end-to-end solutions across HubSpot and the surrounding ecosystem (integrations, data model, automation approach, reporting, etc)
- Oversee configuration and HubSpot builds
- Ensure deployments are production-ready, documented, and adopted by users
- Pre-sales support
- Support demos, prototyping, and solutioning with Sales teams
- Input into technical proposals: scope clarity, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and implementation approach
- Help qualify opportunities and steer clients toward the right-fit solutions
- Stakeholder management & project momentum
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Keep multiple workstreams moving: clear priorities, crisp comms, proactive risk management
- Translate technical detail into clear client language and decision points
About you
You’re a solutions-led consultant who enjoys turning messy business problems into clean, scalable HubSpot builds. You’re comfortable being the person others come to for direction, and you take pride in raising the bar, not just getting things done. You have:
- Strong HubSpot technical capability (CRM architecture, automation, data model, reporting, governance)
- Experience leading discovery and translating requirements into solution designs
- Confidence guiding others: coaching, reviewing work, setting standards, improving processes
- Strong communication skills - able to explain trade-offs and options clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- A collaborative mindset across Sales, PMO, and Delivery
Nice to have:
- Relevant HubSpot certifications
- Experience with integrations (iPaaS, APIs, native connectors) and data migration approaches
- Exposure to Salesforce ecosystems or multi-platform marketing automation environments
What’s in it for you
- 20,000 share options (vesting over 2 years)
- Generous retention and performance-related bonus schemes
- 5% pension match
- Tiered holiday benefits + your birthday off
- Private health insurance
- Exam vouchers for certifications
- Direct access to senior leadership and real influence over how we grow
