The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Managing Director to guide Marcliffe through this exciting transformation. This is not just another leadership role: it is a chance to shape the future of a hotel that blends heritage and innovation, tradition and modern luxury.

As Managing Director, you will:

  • Lead day-to-day operations across rooms, dining, spa, and events, ensuring world-class, five-star standards.

About You

We are looking for a proven five-star hotel leader who brings both vision and authenticity. You will have:

  • Commercial acumen with the ability to grow revenue and profit while protecting guest experience.
  • Emotional intelligence and community-mindedness, able to build meaningful relationships locally and globally.
