We are seeking a passionate and professional part time Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional guest experiences through high-quality spa and beauty treatments tailored to individual needs. You will create a relaxing environment, provide personalised care, and confidently promote spa treatments and retail products while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Accountabilities

  • Guest Experience & Service
    • Deliver exceptional five-star guest service in line with hotel standards.
    • Create a warm, relaxing, and personalised spa experience for guests.
    • Conduct guest consultations and provide tailored treatment recommendations.
    • Build positive guest relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
  • Treatments & Technical Responsibilities
    • Perform a range of massage and beauty treatments to a high professional standard.
    • Provide aftercare advice and recommend suitable treatments and products.
    • Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to spa hygiene and presentation standards.
  • Sales & Operations
    • Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products confidently.
    • Support reception duties including bookings, enquiries, and payments.
    • Maintain accurate guest records and follow spa operational procedures.
  • Health, Safety & Hygiene
    • Maintain excellent cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitisation standards.
    • Follow all health and safety regulations and spa procedures.

Personal Qualities

  • Passionate about customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Professional, warm, and personable with excellent communication skills.
  • Well-organised, flexible, and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Maintains exceptional grooming and presentation standards.

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury spa environment.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) or working towards it.
  • Skilled in massage therapies, facials, manicures, and pedicures.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
