About the Role
- Deliver warm, professional and personalised service to our guests
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, and draught beers to the highest standard
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar environment throughout service
- Take ownership of bar set-up and closing procedures in line with hotel standards
- Be confident in handling orders, upselling where appropriate, and managing bills and payments
- Support the wider events team across a range of large and small-scale functions
- Ensure full compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations
About You
- Proven bartending experience (ideally in events, banqueting, or luxury hospitality)
- Strong cocktail knowledge and confidence with premium spirits, wines, and beer service
- A positive attitude, great energy, and a genuine passion for guest experience
- Well-presented with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during busy periods
- Reliable transport required due to limited public transport at night
- Aged 18+ and compliant with the Alcohol Licensing Act 2007
