About the Role
- Deliver warm, professional and personalised service to our guests
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, and draught beers to the highest standard
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar environment throughout service
- Support the wider Events team across a range of large and small-scale functions
- Be confident in handling orders, upselling where appropriate, and managing bills and payments
- Take ownership of bar set-up and closing procedures in line with hotel standards
- Ensure full compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations
About You
- Proven experience in a similar bartender role, ideally within events, banqueting, or luxury hospitality
- Confident knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer service
- Great energy, strong work ethic, and a natural team player
- Must be available to work weekends and late-night/early-morning finishes
- Able to pick up shifts on a weekly basis, including peak periods
- Own transport required due to limited public transport at night
- Well-presented with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Committed to high standards of hygiene, presentation, and guest care
- Aged 18+ and compliant with the Alcohol Licensing Act 2007
