Marcliffe is entering an exciting new chapter with the opening of Skylark, our new 130-cover brasserie launching soon. We are now building a passionate Service Team to help deliver warm, memorable dining experiences in this beautiful new space. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Food Server / Floor Staff at Skylark Brasserie, you will play a key role in bringing the brasserie to life from day one. You will deliver professional, attentive service across the restaurant and events, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued and well cared for. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new opening within a supportive and ambitious team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Deliver warm, professional and personalised service throughout brasserie and event service
  • Prepare and set up dining and event spaces to the highest standards
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently with strong attention to detail
  • Anticipate guest needs and create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation
  • Support the wider team during busy services and large-scale events

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience as a food server or waiter within hospitality (brasserie, events or luxury dining preferred)
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
  • Positive, proactive and a strong team player
  • Calm, organised and confident in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional in appearance with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends and busy periods
  • Reliable transport due to limited public transport late evenings
