ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead a section of the kitchen, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Prepare and serve dishes to fine‑dining standards in line with menu and service times
- Support and collaborate with the Head and Sous Chefs on daily operations
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and inventory control
- Mentor junior chefs and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene procedures

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality‑led kitchen environment
