Marcilly Recruitment’s high-end Interior Design client is seeking a fantastic Marketing Manager to join their successful team. Based in their beautiful showroom in SW London, the role will require meticulous organisation, strong administration skills and excellent self-direction. The successful candidate will have marketing experience in a similar company and a proven track record of success. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving customer engagement and supporting sales growth through a combination of marketing initiatives.
Salary: £45,000-£55,000 DOE
Hours: 09:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday – 1 day WFH
Location: SW London
Start date: ideally ASAP but happy to wait a notice period
Marketing Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Directly support the CEO, Sales Team, PR and Digital Marketing agencies
- Liaise between the Global offices
- Manage and update client databases as needed
- Manage the marketing calendar to coordinate campaigns around collection launches and events
- Create and distribute marketing emails and social media posts and assist with PR enquiries
- Manage social media accounts and agencies
- Define and maintain brand tone of voice across all communications
- Assist with new product development projects, ensuring timelines are observed
- Monitor market trends, competitors and customer insights to inform marketing strategy
- Track performance and provide monthly marketing reports to CEO and Sales Team
- Participate in team building events
- Be the face of the company and front of house, making sure that the company is well represented to visitors, suppliers and clients
- Be a dependable and upbeat lynch pin within the company
Marketing Manager Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 3+ years marketing experience
- A friendly, dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude and excellent eye for detail
- Excellent organisational skills – able to self-motivate, multitask and time manage in an organised and logical manner
- Genuine interest and passion for social media and content creation
- Clear communicator, excellent copywriting skills and a strong sense of brand
- Proficient and intuitive knowledge of digital tools
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for design aesthetics
- Retail marketing experience and interest in design and the creative industries (ideally b2b marketing experience)
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal) with an eye for design
- Experience in working alongside a team and motivating colleagues with diplomacy
- Excellent command of English – both verbal and written
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
