Marcilly Recruitment is working with a globally renowned brand to recruit a high-calibre EA to Global CEO based in London. They are looking for a hardworking, highly efficient and meticulous EA who has the ability to work at a very high level for a leading principal in their field. You will also work closely with the UHNW family office and other global assistants.

The successful EA to Global CEO must speak fluent Italian and English.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000

Benefits: bonus; healthcare; pension; 25 days holiday (up to 30 days for service) + brand discounts

Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday in the office – there will need to be flexibility out of hours in the week

Location: Mayfair, London

Start date: ideally ASAP but happy to wait a notice period

Once that relationship and trust has been established with the principal, this will be a true right-hand EA role. They are looking for a highly efficient EA to Global CEO who can manage an incredibly varied workload and work across all of the principal’s different projects and day-to-day demands. It is a very demanding role that requires a lot of dedication, but it will be hugely rewarding, meaty and interesting. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a career-defining role at such a high level for a leading global brand. However, it will require a lot of dedication and flexibility out of hours to meet the demands of working in a global, UHNW role.

The successful EA to Global CEO will be part of a great team in London and support network globally. You must be able to work with other assistants in other global offices. They are seeking a strong team player who can work well with other assistants to achieve the same end goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High level inbox management, flagging, filing and responding to emails on their behalf when approved to do so.
  • Coordinate complex calendar, travel (private charter), and meetings on a global level.
  • Act as a gatekeeper to the global C-suite Exec and manage their time as effectively as possible.
  • Managing board papers and meeting packs.
  • Prioritise conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously.
  • Proactively keep on top of the principal’s projects and workflows.
  • The ability to meet strict deadlines and keep the principal informed of progress.
  • Maintain highly accurate contact list and database which needs to be updated regularly.
  • Manage multiple projects as assigned by the Global C-suite Exec.
  • Work closely with the EAs of other senior leaders across the Group and the family office.
  • Financial management and strict record keeping.
  • High level relationship management with high-profile internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing communications on behalf of the principal, writing drafts for proof etc.

Specification:

  • Ideally educated to degree level.
  • Fluent Italian and English at a business level – written, spoken and reading (must be bilingual).
  • Strong experience supporting a Senior Director or C-suite member in a company with a global outlook or presence.
  • Understanding how to approach and work closely with Senior Directors and their EAs.
  • Experience of organising complex travel itineraries and meetings.
  • Strong levels of attention to detail at all times.
  • Ability to work to competing deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience of working with a global team / clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Impeccable time management.
  • Self-motivated, committed and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, with a flexible and dedicated approach.
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills and the ability to form relationships at a high level.
  • Trustworthy and discreet as you will be privy to a lot of sensitive information.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changes in a calm and unflustered way.
  • Advanced knowledge with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail).

There may be occasional international travel to meet the requirements of the role.
