Marcilly Recruitment’s client, a lovely UHNW family relocating to the Berkshire (Ascot area), is seeking an exceptional and experienced After‑School Nanny / Tutor to support their two children aged 8 and 9. This is a live‑out position, and candidates must be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Ascot. A trial period will take place at the family’s London residence in Chelsea during May and June ahead of their relocation.
The ideal candidate will be warm, engaging, and highly organised, with a strong educational background and the ability to support the children’s academic development alongside their daily routines. A teaching or tutoring background is highly desirable. The children are active, sporty, and thrive in a structured, stimulating environment. The family are hands‑on and are looking for someone who can integrate seamlessly into their lifestyle, providing both support and structure.
Salary: £65,000 gross per annum
Location: Berkshire / Ascot (live‑out)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00pm – 8:00pm
Flexibility: Occasional weekend support required
Start date: September 2026 (trial May/June in Chelsea)
Travel: Required during school holidays (primarily Europe and the US)
Requirements:
