A well-established and highly prestigious family office in prime central London is seeking an experienced and proactive PA to support the CEO and Chief of Staff. This is a rare opportunity to join a large and highly qualified team who operate with exceptional precision.
Role: PA to CEO
Days: Monday–Friday
Hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm
Location: Prime central London – office based five days a week
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 DOE
Benefits: Discretionary annual bonus; 5% pension; BUPA medical cover; 4x life assurance; 28 days holiday + bank holidays
Start: Happy to wait a notice period of up to six weeks
PA to CEO Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full diary and inbox management for the CEO, managing all meeting requests, resolving conflicts and ensuring the smooth running of the day.
- Formal correspondence – typing letters, proofreading, preparing board papers and communicating on behalf of the CEO with VIPs, UHNWs, CEOs and royals to the highest standard.
- Travel logistics – coordinating private aviation travel, ground transportation, accommodation, visas and itinerary management.
- Supporting the Chief of Staff across property matters, including liaison with House Managers, the Estate Manager and relevant household staff.
- Supporting high-profile events on and off site with the opportunity to attend the estate and key events directly.
- Liaising with Private Secretaries of the family on a wide variety of matters.
- Database management and keeping software up to date, with an interest in contributing to the introduction of AI tools within the office.
- Expenses, printing, filing and all traditional PA duties carried out to an exceptionally high standard.
- Working with the heads of departments to deliver up to date information and updates to the CEO of live workstreams.
- Ad hoc project support for the Chief of Staff as required.
PA to CEO Skills and Competencies:
- An impeccable command of written and spoken English – you will be corresponding with VIPs, UHNWs, CEOs and Royals and must be comfortable with formal correspondence at the highest level.
- Extremely organised, discreet and calm under pressure.
- Patient, professional and hungry to learn – this PA to CEO role is suitable for someone who wants to grow and become genuinely embedded rather than immediately make their mark.
- Comfortable working in a heads-down and professional office environment.
- A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Degree educated, a Russell Group graduate preferred.
- Excellent MS Office skills across Outlook, Word and Excel.
