Marcilly Recruitment’s fantastic HNW client is seeking a kind, fun and experienced nanny for their 4 month old baby. This is a wonderful role where you will have sole charge of the baby and be part of a brilliant team.
Location: central London - live out
Start date: ideally ASAP, but happy to wait a notice period for the right candidate
Hours: 08:00-20:00 Monday - Friday
Salary: £60,000- £70,000
The ideal nanny is someone energetic, caring and adaptable. The role does involve travel within the UK and abroad, so it is important that the right person is able to travel for up to a month at a time with the family.
Both parents are hands on and like to be fully involved whenever their schedule allows, so it is important they find someone who knows when to take a step back and can also use their initiative. The mother is super personable, so she is looking for a nanny who she can have a good relationship with and can bounce ideas off.
The successful candidate must have worked as a nanny in an HNW private household before with demonstrated success looking after similar aged babies.
The parents are dynamic and hugely successful with extremely busy lives however they are also down to earth in approach and really look after their staff. They are keen to find someone who loves what they do and who will bring a calm and fun energy, as well as being able to offer advice as and when needed. The successful nanny must thrive working in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing plans and schedules.
Duties include:
- Sole care of the baby in a safe and nurturing environment
- Following feeding and sleep routines
- Preparing bottles and sterilising equipment
- Nappy changes and baby hygiene
- Age-appropriate play and developmental activities
- Baby laundry and keeping nursery/play areas tidy
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience with babies, longevity with previous HNW families
- Paediatric First Aid (or willing to obtain)
- DBS checked
- Clean driving licence
- Kind, calm, fun and dependable
- Must be able to provide excellent references
