Marcilly Recruitment's HNW client is seeking a brilliant Personal Assistant with a minimum of five years' experience working for a HNW principal in both a business and private capacity. The successful PA will be someone who is personable, loyal and excellent at multi-tasking.

Salary: £70,000- £80,000 DOE

Hours: 09:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday

Location: North London

Start date: ideally ASAP but happy to wait a notice period

The role is based in the Family Office five days a week, and they are looking for a strong team player with standout communication skills. The successful candidate will be experienced in working for a private family.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring seamless support across personal and professional contexts
  • Extensive global travel planning with close attention to detail; arranging itineraries, accommodation, visas etc. – Travelling with principal when required
  • Liaising with household staff on the principal's schedules
  • Coordinating family logistics, events, and special occasions
  • Assist in booking all personal and business appointments
  • Liaison with international staff to coordinate the principal's travel schedule, arrival and ensure all preferences are catered for
  • Responsible for all gifts given by the principal

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar PA role, within an HNW environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
  • Ideally degree educated
