Marcilly Recruitment's client is seeking a bright, ambitious, and highly organised Junior Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a fast-growing business. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in executive support. Working closely with the Founder's Senior Executive Assistant and the wider Office of the CEO team, you will gain exposure to high-level business operations, strategic projects, and executive decision-making while developing the skills required to progress into a senior EA position.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with multiple priorities, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. This role offers significant learning opportunities and exposure to senior stakeholders across the business. The position is office-based in Notting Hill and reports into the Chief of Staff. Some flexibility for occasional evening and weekend support will be required, along with occasional domestic and international travel.

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Senior Executive Assistant with complex diary management and scheduling
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Founder
  • Preparing briefing documents, meeting packs, agendas, and background research
  • Assisting with inbox management and correspondence
  • Coordinating logistics for board meetings, investor meetings, and senior leadership meetings
  • Providing proactive administrative support across multiple business priorities

Business Operations

  • Tracking actions, deadlines, and follow-ups across the Founder's portfolio
  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-up
  • Supporting business projects and operational initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Requirements

  • Russell Group graduate
  • 1–3 years' experience supporting a Founder, Executive, Entrepreneur, C-Suite leader, or within an office coordination role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced commercial, start-up, investment, consulting, or entrepreneurial environment preferred
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Comfortable using AI tools and modern workplace technology
