How to prepare for a job interview at Marcilly Recruitment Ltd
✨Know Your Kids
Before the interview, take some time to research and understand the developmental stages of toddlers and young children. Be ready to discuss age-appropriate activities and routines that you would implement for the twin toddlers and the 8-year-old. This shows your expertise and genuine interest in their care.
✨Showcase Your Experience
Prepare specific examples from your past roles that highlight your experience with multiple children, especially toddlers.
