Marcilly Recruitment's client, an UHNW creative family office, is seeking a bright, ambitious, and highly organised Junior EA to support the Founder of a fast-growing business.
They are seeking a bright Russell Group graduate with 1-5 years’ professional experience post-graduation.
The UHNW founder and team are open to someone who hasn’t worked as an EA before as long as they have worked in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a high calibre candidate looking to build a long-term career in executive support.
Working closely with the Founder's Chief of Staff, Senior Executive Assistant and the wider Office of the CEO team, you will gain exposure to high-level business operations, strategic projects, and executive decision-making while developing the skills required to progress into a senior EA position.
The successful Junior EA will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with multiple priorities, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills.
This role offers significant learning opportunities and exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.
The position is office-based and reports into the Chief of Staff.
There is flexibility to work from home when the principal is travelling.
The successful Junior EA will need to be flexible for occasional evening and weekend support, along with occasional domestic and international travel.

- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Founder
- Preparing briefing documents, meeting packs, agendas, and background research
- Assisting with inbox management and correspondence
- Coordinating logistics for board meetings, investor meetings, and senior leadership meetings
- Providing proactive administrative support across multiple business priorities
