Our client requires an organised and efficient Site Manager to take immediate responsibility for campus upkeep, emergency repair triage, security systems, and statutory compliance logs. Working closely with the School Business Manager, you will ensure a safe, functional, and highly supportive learning environment across all school departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating caretaker shift patterns
  • Managing the building management system (BMS)
  • Tracking raw utility data
  • Running automated room comfort calibrations
  • Overseeing the completion and logging of all statutory safety checks—including weekly fire alarm testing, legionella water safety cycles, emergency lighting diagnostics, and physical site security checks
