Experience and Qualifications- Qualified EAL Teacher or English specialist with experience supporting learners with English as an Additional Language
- Strong understanding of language acquisition, literacy development, and effective EAL strategies
- Ability to support students across KS3–KS5, including those preparing for GCSEs and A-Levels
- QTS, PGCE, CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Commitment to high standards, excellent communication, and collaborative practice
- Sensitivity to cultural diversity and a passion for supporting multilingual learners
- Eligibility to work in the UK
