- Lead booster groups and run focused small-group tuition to close attainment gaps.

- Contribute to phase moderation, curriculum development and enrichment activities in Brent.
- Communicate outcomes with parents and support transition planning into Year 6.
- Qualified teacher with proven upper-KS2 experience and strong Year 5 classroom impact.
