The appointed Year 4 Teacher will be part of a collaborative phase team and will begin planning and induction prior to January 2026, with full classroom duties from January 2026.
Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities:
- The Year 4 Teacher will plan and deliver ambitious, coherent sequences in maths and English.
- The Year 4 Teacher will use assessment to personalise learning and run targeted interventions.
- The Year 4 Teacher will lead enrichment activities and liaise with parents.
- The Year 4 Teacher will participate in moderation and contribute to whole-school curriculum development from January 2026.
Year 4 Teacher Requirements:
