We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and committed Year 3 Teacher to join our forward-thinking primary school in Grantham, starting as soon as possible. This is a unique opportunity to teach a pivotal stage in pupils’ education, helping them transition confidently from Key Stage 1 into Lower Key Stage 2 while building essential skills and fostering a love of learning.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a Year 3 class, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across all areas of the curriculum. You will play a key role in developing pupils’ literacy, numeracy, and wider learning, while nurturing independence, curiosity, and resilience. Role Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 3

  • Maintain a positive, structured, and safe classroom environment

Who We’re Looking For
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
