Responsibilities:
The Year 1 Teacher will teach high-quality systematic phonics, guided reading and engaging writing sequences. The Year 1 Teacher will plan purposeful continuous provision, run small-group interventions and keep careful formative records. The Year 1 Teacher will meet parents to report progress and will contribute to moderation activities scheduled before January 2026 and after January 2026.
