Our client is currently looking for a reliable and technically confident IT Technician to join a friendly and supportive school environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional with strong technical skills and a passion for supporting staff and students. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the school's IT systems, hardware and networks operate effectively on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing first line and second-line technical support to staff and students.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
- Supporting users with Microsoft 365, Windows and other school-based software systems.
- Managing user accounts, passwords and access permissions.
- Assisting with the setup and maintenance of classroom technology, including interactive displays and AV equipment
