A well-established 11–18 secondary school in Worcester is seeking an organised and professional HR & People Administrator to join its central operations team from January 2026.

The Role

This is a key post supporting the full employee lifecycle in a busy school environment. Working closely with senior leaders and the business team, you will play a vital role in ensuring staffing processes are efficient, compliant and well-managed.

Responsibilities include:
