An ambitious Wolverhampton primary requires a skilled Year 4 Teacher to join Upper Key Stage 2 on a full-time basis from January 2026. The Year 4 Teacher will work within a supportive KS2 team to deliver high standards in mathematics and English, lead foundation topics and support pupils’ wider development. The successful Year 4 Teacher will take part in planning prior to January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and be fully in class from January 2026.

  • Plan and deliver rigorous maths and English sequences.
  • Lead thematic foundation work and practical science.
  • Run booster sessions and use assessment to refine teaching.
  • Engage with parents and take part in moderation and transition planning; prepare evidence for review before January 2026.

We are seeking a Year 4 Teacher with QTS, strong KS2 experience and a proven commitment to pupil progress. The Year 4 Teacher should be an excellent communicator, confident in differentiation and able to contribute positively to staff development.
