Key Responsibilities:
β’ Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Business lessons across KS4 and KS5.
β’ Develop and implement a curriculum that meets national standards and inspires entrepreneurial thinking.
β’ Assess and evaluate student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments.
β’ Provide constructive feedback and support to students.
β’ Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
β’ Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the department.
Qualifications and Experience:
β’ A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
β’ A teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
β’ Proven experience teaching Business at secondary level is preferred.
β’ Strong knowledge of curriculum and assessment frameworks.
