Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Business lessons across KS4 and KS5.

β€’ Develop and implement a curriculum that meets national standards and inspires entrepreneurial thinking.

β€’ Assess and evaluate student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments.

β€’ Provide constructive feedback and support to students.

β€’ Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

β€’ Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the department.

Qualifications and Experience:

β€’ A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

β€’ A teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

β€’ Proven experience teaching Business at secondary level is preferred.

β€’ Strong knowledge of curriculum and assessment frameworks.
