The Role
The successful candidate will teach Art & Design across KS3 & KS4, with the opportunity to contribute to KS5 depending on experience. You will deliver engaging and practical lessons that encourage experimentation, critical thinking, and independent artistic development.
- Planning and delivering creative, well-structured lessons
- Supporting students in building portfolios and preparing for GCSE examinations
- Contributing to curriculum development within the Art department
- Promoting enrichment opportunities such as exhibitions, competitions, and trips
- Maintaining high standards of teaching, assessment, and classroom management
