The Role

- Managing departmental resources, budgets, and health & safety compliance

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- A degree in a Science subject or a closely related field
- Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level
- Previous leadership or management experience within a Science department (or readiness to step up)
- A strong track record of improving outcomes and raising standards
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
