An ambitious secondary academy in Thetford is seeking a motivated Spanish Teacher to join its languages department as soon as possible. This is an opportunity for a teacher who can make language learning engaging and help students develop the confidence to communicate in Spanish while building a strong foundation for future study.
The Role
Teach Spanish across KS3 and KS4.
Deliver structured lessons in grammar, vocabulary and communication.
Develop students' confidence in speaking and understanding spoken Spanish.
Assess progress and provide practical feedback on written and oral work.
Contribute to departmental planning and cultural enrichment activities.
The Candidate
Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has strong Spanish language skills and subject knowledge.
Can create purposeful lessons that support a range of abilities.
Builds positive relationships and promotes active participation.
Is ready to start at short notice.
