The Role
Geography Teaching: Deliver lessons across KS3, GCSE and selected post-16 groups.
Sustainability Education: Teach climate change, energy, ecosystems and resource management.
Fieldwork: Plan practical investigations and local environmental studies.
Data Interpretation: Develop students' confidence with maps, statistics and geographical evidence.
Whole-School Projects: Support sustainability initiatives and environmental campaigns.
The Candidate
Academic Qualification: A degree in Geography, Environmental Science or a related subject.
Subject Knowledge: Strong understanding of physical and human geography.
Environmental Interest: Genuine enthusiasm for sustainability and climate education.
Practical Skills: Confidence delivering fieldwork and investigative learning.
Organisation: Strong planning and communication abilities.
