Spanish ECT required January 2026. Good mixed school based in Watford. Spanish ECT to join a thriving and well-supported Modern Foreign Languages department.

Our Client is looking for a Spanish ECT to work within a dynamic and high-achieving secondary school in Watford. The successful Spanish ECT will teach KS3 & KS4 and receive dedicated support from experienced language teachers and mentors.

School Information: This 11–18 mixed comprehensive has around 1,250 pupils and continues to deliver excellent results, with 95% achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The MFL department is vibrant and collaborative, with access to language labs, online learning tools, and cultural exchange programmes. ECTs benefit from a full induction package, team planning sessions, and regular classroom observations to aid their development.

The school encourages creativity and intercultural awareness through Spanish days, trips abroad, and language competitions.
