You would be working in a highly successful and well-resourced Mathematics department teaching Mathematics across KS3, KS4 and KS5. The department is made up of experienced and supportive practitioners who are committed to delivering outstanding teaching and ensuring all students achieve their full potential.
Students are enthusiastic about Mathematics and benefit from a broad and ambitious curriculum that develops fluency, reasoning and problem-solving skills. The department has a strong record of examination success at both GCSE and A-Level, with many students progressing to study Mathematics, Engineering, Economics and related subjects at university.
Teachers work collaboratively to share resources, develop curriculum planning and implement effective intervention strategies. The department regularly runs enrichment activities including UKMT challenges, revision programmes and support sessions for students aiming for the highest grades.
