The Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Mathematics Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about Mathematics and enjoys creating engaging and challenging learning experiences for pupils.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach at KS5 for an appropriately experienced candidate. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet the needs of learners.

The department is looking for a teacher who can establish positive relationships with pupils and create a classroom environment where students are encouraged to become confident, independent mathematicians. You will work alongside experienced colleagues within a collaborative department and have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development, enrichment activities and wider school initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Legal ability to work within the UK
