Our Client is seeking a French ECT to teach across KS3 and KS4 in a vibrant and well-organised school in Watford. The successful candidate will receive hands-on mentoring, structured induction support, and opportunities to develop experience in both language teaching and cultural enrichment activities.
School Information: This large 11–18 school enrols around 1,350 students and is known for its strong pastoral care, modern facilities, and commitment to language learning. The MFL department offers high-quality schemes of work, digital learning tools, interactive resources, and opportunities for cultural days, film clubs, and potential overseas visits. Language uptake is strong and the department is well respected across the school. ECTs describe the environment as warm, joined-up, and supportive.
