The Role
- English Delivery: Teach Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4.
- Reading Development: Promote reading for pleasure and develop students’ comprehension.
- GCSE Preparation: Prepare students for examinations, assessments and extended writing.
- Literacy Intervention: Support students who require additional help with written accuracy.
- Curriculum Contribution: Assist with schemes of work, assessment and resource development.
The Candidate
- Academic Background: A degree in English, English Literature or a related subject.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Good understanding of KS3 and GCSE English.
