The Role
Teach Computer Science across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 teaching depending on experience.
Deliver lessons on algorithms, programming, computer systems and networks.
Develop pupils’ computational thinking and problem-solving skills.
Support examination preparation through practical tasks and targeted feedback.
Contribute to enrichment activities such as coding clubs or computing projects.
The Candidate
Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has confident programming knowledge and a sound understanding of the curriculum.
Can make technical concepts accessible to pupils with varied levels of experience.
Demonstrates effective planning, assessment and classroom management.
