- Curriculum Delivery & Engagement: Plan and facilitate structured, demanding DT lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, pushing pupils to achieve top-tier marks in GCSE design and vocational specifications.
- Workshop Safety Leadership: Maintain rigorous health and safety compliance throughout all workshops, ensuring flawless machinery maintenance, complete personal protective equipment (PPE) discipline, and safe tool usage.
- CAD/CAM Integration: Guide pupils in leveraging modern technology, including 3D printing, laser cutting, and computer-aided design software, to produce sophisticated, high-quality project portfolios.
- Material Inventory Coordination: Manage technical workshops efficiently by organising materials, tracking equipment stock levels, and working closely with technician support to prepare resources for complex practical sessions.
