Wayman Education is looking for a versatile Humanities Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons in History and RE, helping pupils build subject knowledge and develop analytical skills.

The Role
Teach History and RE across KS3 and KS4, in line with subject expertise.
Plan lessons that promote enquiry, interpretation and evaluation.
Develop pupils' extended writing and critical-thinking skills.
Prepare pupils for relevant assessments and examinations.
Monitor progress and provide meaningful feedback.
Work with colleagues to maintain a consistent and engaging curriculum.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has experience teaching History and RE, or the ability to teach both subjects.
Has strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management.
Can adapt teaching to support different learning needs.
Is collaborative, organised and committed to pupil progress.
MPS/UPS, dependent on experience and the school's pay policy.
