We are recruiting a committed Teacher of English to join an independent school in Camden from January 2027.
We are looking for an educator who can inspire a love of literature, develop pupils’ written and verbal communication, and deliver purposeful lessons that support strong academic outcomes.
Developing pupils’ reading comprehension, writing and analytical skills.
Assessing work and providing feedback to support progress.
Promoting positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment.
Contributing to curriculum development and departmental planning.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- High expectations for pupil achievement.
- A proactive approach to teaching and professional development.
