A high-performing, inclusive, and compassionate 11–18 school in Swindon is seeking an experienced and visionary SENCO to lead its SEND provision from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent leadership position within an Outstanding school committed to ensuring every student receives the tailored support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
About the Role
The SENCO will take a strategic and operational lead in overseeing all aspects of special educational needs and inclusion. They will manage the school’s SEND team, coordinate EHCPs, and ensure compliance with statutory frameworks. Experience and Qualifications
