Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to staff, parents and visitors.
  • Maintaining accurate records, systems and databases.
  • Managing communications with parents, staff and external agencies.
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
  • Using a range of IT systems confidently and accurately.
  • Ensuring confidentiality, professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
  • Supporting safeguarding procedures and promoting pupil welfare.

  • Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
  • Hours: 35 hours per week, term time plus inset days
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
