Our client is seeking an organised, tech-savvy Reprographics & Admin Assistant to oversee their central print room and support the main administrative hub from September. You will play a vital operational role in ensuring teachers have high-quality physical and digital resources ready for daily lessons.
Key duties include managing high-volume printing, laminating, and booklet binding for teaching departments, designing school newsletters and event posters, maintaining reprographics equipment, and monitoring stationery inventories. Additionally, you will assist the main reception during peak times—answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and updating pupil attendance registers on SIMS/Arbor.
